We are currently looking for a proactive, organised and ambitious Recruitment Manager to join our expanding and fast paced company in a position based in central London.

About the role

This is a dynamic role which you will be responsible for assisting with all areas of the recruitment process. You will be hands-on working in a KPI driven environment. We are looking for someone who has a desirable amount of recruitment experience under their belts and a true passion for the sector. This person needs to think outside of the box and have an ability to work well under pressure.

Areas of responsibility:

  • Source and screen candidates
  • Manage and develop your own team of consultants
  • Deliver a seamless recruitment process for all clients
  • Communicating with clients via telephone and email
  • Understanding the company product and brand
  • Ensure direct reports are aware of and uphold company values and ethos
  • Ensure direct reports adhere to company policies
  • Ensure direct reports achieve their billing targets by carefully monitoring KPIs
  • Ensure you achieve your own billing targets
  • Training staff
  • Managing holidays and sickness within your team

Essential skills

  • Fluent English
  • Significant experience within the recruitment industry
  • Big bonus to have experience within the domestic care or hospitality recruitment industry
