Fola appeared to be very well organised, punctual and full of life. Her passion of kids shows when she speaks of her previous work experience. " Fola has been employed by us as a full time, live out nanny since February 2011. During this time Fola cared for our daughter Leila, who is now 19months old. Fola has been an outstanding Nanny with to Leila and has a natural affinity towards children. She is extremely caring and sensitive to Laila's needs whilst also having a great sense of fun- she has been superb at organising lots of activities for Leila to enjoy; including baking, reading stories, singing, and dancing, making play dough, organising play dates and taking her to various musical and art activities in the local area. Fola has great focus on organisation and routine- she has ensured that Leila's days are well structured and follow a regular routine, whilst also being flexible if necessary. In summary, we are very happy with the care that Fola has provided for Leila and we feel extremely sad that- as I am now taking a career break- we will no longer be able to continue employing Fola on a full time basis.
