Are you looking for an Ofsted registered nanny? Or are you a nanny, looking to become registered? Did you know that Little Ones can help provide 3 out of the 4 items required by Ofsted for registration?
For families seeking a nanny who is Ofsted registered, this will open up your candidate search. By finding the right nanny, and then putting them through the training, you can quickly register the nanny of your choice on the Ofsted Voluntary Register, without limiting your search to already registered candidates.
For nannies, some families ask for Ofsted registered nannies as a requirement in their search criteria. By completing the right courses, you will be ready to register, should the need arise.
Ofsted registration costs £103 per year.
So what is the criteria to become an Ofsted registered nanny?
Nannies (or home child carers) need to register on the Voluntary Register with Ofsted. To be able to do so, they will need;
A valid 12 hour Paediatric First Aid Certificate

An enhanced DBS check
Nanny public liability insurance
