Type of Little Ones Temporary Nannies?
If you require a nanny, but are not looking for a permanent arrangement, there are two options to consider:
You can hire a Temporary Worker or employ a nanny on a Fixed Term Contract.
Both of these types of roles are commonly referred to as "Temporary" within the industry, so it is important to clarify which type of candidate you are hiring.
Here are the two employment models:
Fixed Term Contract: The worker is directly employed by the client for an agreed-upon duration with a specific end date.
Temporary Worker: The worker is employed by the agency, which then invoices the client on a weekly basis. (Little Ones does not currently offer this service).
All of our Temporary Nannies undergo strict compliance vetting and can be with you within a few hours.
Little Ones is the UK's leading Nanny agency, placing Temporary Nannies, at the last minute or in advance, throughout London, Greater London and across the UK.

What to expect from your Temporary Nanny or Mother's Help
Temporary nannies and mother's helpers are extremely flexible, and may work anywhere from 2 to 12 hours per day, for as many days as you may require. You are not obliged to book a temporary nanny or mother's helper for multiple days, and you are free to cancel a booking within 24 hours notice.
Temporary nannies and mother's helpers may live-in or live-out, depending on how often you require their assistance, for example, some temporary nannies and mother's helpers can work 24 hours per day.
Our temporary nannies and mother's helpers are qualified and experienced - they can care for children of any age, from newborn. A mother's helper will always work alongside a parent, or senior nanny with more experience, to guide them.
