Comprehensive vetting for your security
For almost 15 years, we have been dedicated to ensuring your children are in safe hands. Our vetting procedure is comprehensive and will leave no stone unturned. Our consultants only work with emergency childcarers who are compliant and who they have personally checked. We understand that letting someone into your home to care for your children can be daunting enough as it is, not being able to go through a full interview process yourself takes it to the next level. This is why Little Ones has the most extensive vetting and interview process in the industry. All of our temporary nannies are brought into the office for a face to face interview, where experience is discussed at great length, copies of documents are taken and references we are able to contact are obtained.
All of our temporary nannies are required to have two references that our consultants are able to verify verbally and all candidates must have a clear enhanced DBS certificate before we place them.
Knowing how to react in an emergency situation is paramount to all our temporary nannies which is why they will all have an Ofsted compliant paediatric first aid certificate that is renewed regularly.
Our vetting procedure includes:
Face to face interviews in our Central London offices
Personally checking two verbal references
A clear enhanced DBS check
An Ofsted compliant first aid qualification
Our temporary nannies are utter professionals who are either career nannies who have decided to do temporary placements while they work out their next permanent nanny position or nannies who work full time as a temporary nanny. Little Ones has built a reputation over the last 15 years of only working with the most elite nannies available and this certainly is the case with our temporary nannies. We don’t settle for less than the best we know you wouldn’t settle either. Needing a nanny at the last minute doesn’t mean you need to sacrifice quality for availability.
