Nanny to work in the afternoon

A lovely family residing in a beautiful area in Hounslow is in need of a part time governess to make sure that their two school aged children are reaching educational milestones whilst also ensuring that they are safe and cared for. The family ideally seeks a candidate with experience in tutoring or private teaching who can focus on the youngest.

It is ideal for the Hounslow residents to hire a professional and knowledgeable individual who has an academic approach towards the children and who can support their learning and take care of communications between the school and them if needed. Apart from tutoring and homework duties, the governess will also be expected to assist the clients with some errands and appointments and makes sure that everything is in place.

The Hounslow clients are very formal and professional, and they will be happy to pay higher than the advertised salary for the right candidate. It is important for them to hire a trustworthy governess with experience working with older children and a confident driver who can use the high quality standard car that they will provide. The candidate must also be flexible to stay overnight once or twice a year if needed.

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm plus occasional extra hours

Duties include:

• Setting up work targets and tasks followed by regular updates with parents
• Supporting the development and extension of academic knowledge of children in accordance with the school program (through after school activities and tutoring)
• Organizing and coordinating sports, arts, entertainment and other activities
• going through the communications from the school and making sure the children have everything they need
• Planning and organizing of working hours including playtime, tutoring, meals and other activities
• Following hygiene, nutrition and health guidance
• Organizing the children's rooms and wardrobes -Following transportation and
  safety guidance
• taking the children to their afternoon appointments or activities and picking them up from school
