Nanny work for live in position

This very welcoming family in Fulham is keen to employ an experienced and active nanny who can reside with them and look after their two toddlers. They seek an energetic, proactive, kind and caring nanny who sees childcare as a career and who would be happy to be part of their family in a long term role. The candidate will need to focus on the children's developmental milestones and support their development by organising educational activities, taking them to different classes and arranging playdates.

The oldest attends the nursery in the morning; therefore, a confident driver who can help with nursery runs is needed. Flexibility plays a vital role for this position as the family might require extra nights of babysitting, weekend shift and accompanying them during their travel abroad.

A valid first aid qualification is essential for this position.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 7 pm with occasional overnight babysitting duties

Accommodation: Own bedroom and bathroom

Duties include:

• cooking healthy meals for the children,
• following morning and afternoon routines,
• changing nappies and helping with potty/toilet training,
• teaching general life skills, such as basic hygiene and manners,
• creating activities and playdates,
• preparing and administering healthy food for the children,
• preparing and assisting with bath time and bedtime,
• cleaning and washing up after children’s meals,
• washing and ironing children’s clothes,
• and reporting every activity and issue to the parents.
