Nanny for 30 to 50 hours per week

This lovely family in Kensington is looking for a German or French speaking nanny to attend to the needs of their toddler and baby. The family is very flexible with the working hours, and they can offer 30 to 50 hours per week; hence, both full time and part time nanny candidates are encouraged to apply. The role entails setting up and organising age appropriate and fun activities for the little ones, preparing their meals, and doing some light housework related to them.

The Kensington clients are in search of an energetic, lively and warm candidate who can build a great connection with the children and show genuine love for them. It would be great if the nanny shows longevity on their CV as they want someone who can be part of their family on a long term basis. A nanny with a valid first aid qualification who can start anytime and accompany the family during their travels would be perfect for this role.

Working hours: Monday to Friday. approximately 30 to 50 hours per week

Duties include:

• preparing milk
• organising the children’s daily schedule
• changing nappies
• cleaning and sterilising bottles
• setting up nap routine
• washing and dressing the children
• playing with the children
• taking track of the children’s development and updating the parents
• making sure the children are always safe and happy
• taking to doctor’s appointments and helping the children with the bedtime routine
• organising the children’s clothes
• doing laundry and ironing the children’s clothes
• making sure the children’s room is always clean
• doing occasional grocery shopping of the children’s supplies
