Temporary nanny for a toddler

A lovely family based in Waltham Forest is looking for an experienced nanny to join them and take care of their toddler on a temporary role. The little one is currently experiencing some issues with potty training, and the parents would like a nanny who can help them with that. It would be essential for the temporary nanny to take charge of all nursery duties, meal preparations and light housekeeping tasks related to the little one. In addition, the candidate will also need to support the child's learning by organising structured activities including phonics, numbers, colours, storytelling and the likes.

The Waltham Forest based family has a cat, so, someone pet friendly would be ideal. A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm

Duties include:

• preparing milk
• organising the child’s daily schedule
• changing nappies
• cleaning and sterilising bottles
• setting up nap routine
• washing and dressing the child
• playing with the child
• taking track of the child’s development and updating the parents
• making sure the child is always safe and happy
• taking to doctor’s appointments and helping the child with the bedtime routine
• organising the child’s clothes
• doing laundry and ironing the child’s clothes
• making sure the child’s room is always clean
• doing occasional grocery shopping of the child’s supplies
