Daily Nanny

An easygoing family residing in Blackheath, London seeks a Daily Nanny to provide childcare support to their twin babies due in July. This will be a shared care role as the mum will be on maternity leave for the first year. The ideal candidate should have twin and newborn experience, be proactive, and be able to guide the mum through this new experience. All nanny duties such as tidying up after the children, cleaning bottles, and organising the schedules of the twins and the toddler will be expected. Someone willing to join them when they travel is part of the job as well. A daily nanny who can drive would be a bonus but is not necessary. A valid first aid qualification is essential.

Someone comfortable around animals would be advantageous as they own a lovely cat.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:30 am - 8:30 pm, 55 hours per week

Duties include:

• changing nappies
• organising the children’s daily schedule
• cleaning and sterilising milk bottles
• setting up nap routine
• washing and dressing the children
• playing with the children
• taking track of the children’s development and updating the parents
• making sure the children are always safe and happy
• organising the children’s clothes
• doing laundry and ironing the children’s clothes
• making sure the children’s room is always clean
• doing occasional grocery shopping for the children’s supplies
