Nanny-Housekeeper, 20 hours per week

This lovely family in Palmers Green, London is looking for a Part time Nanny-Housekeeper to assist them in looking after their two school-aged children. They seek someone energetic, experienced and flexible who takes initiative with all childcare duties. Duties will include picking up children from school or after-school activities, supervising and assisting with homework, and preparing school bags and snack bags for the next day. The family owns two cats so someone pet-friendly would be ideal but is not a must. A driver who holds a full driving license is required for this role.

A valid first aid qualification is essential for this position.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, 20 hours per week plus additional 4 hrs during the week or on Saturday.

Duties include:

• responsible for the safety, well-being, care and development of the children
• doing the laundry and ironing
• dusting
• hoovering the carpets and floors
• ensuring all bedrooms are always clean
• polishing floor
• preparing simple yet healthy and delicious meals for the family
• cleaning up after meals
• changing bedsheets once a week
• maintaining a clean and tidy environment for the family

They are looking for someone who can start immediately.
