Little Ones is a premium nanny agency that provides a market-leading service for parents who are embarking on the process of engaging a nanny. This can be a worrying and time-consuming venture for parents, but we are professionals at this, and our service can save you time, worry and stress.
We provide the right nanny for families in London, the UK and the rest of the world. We're very selective about the nannies who can register with us. Most have worked with us for many years, and are highly qualified and experienced. Like you, we value empathy, kindness, education and experience. We know that your nanny will need to be flexible enough to fit into your family's lifestyle and to be someone who will ensure that your children thrive in their care.
The best way to find the right nanny for your family, is to have an informal talk with one of our consultants, and explain the kind of nanny you are looking for. We'll use our unrivalled experience to find that perfect person, whether you have school-aged children, a new baby, a toddler or a mix of ages.
Live-in nannies usually go to families who need a nanny for up to 12 hours a day, five days a week. The nanny's contract usually includes a couple of nights of babysitting. The nanny needs privacy when they are not on duty, so they must have their own bedroom, and preferably a separate bathroom. If you can offer self-contained accommodation for the nanny, or even a separate living space, that's perfect. Part-time nannies will not be with you outside their shift hours, with the exception of any agreed babysitting duties.
Your nanny will cover the normal childcare tasks, such as preparing the children's meals and looking after their rooms and clothes. The nanny will help the children with their homework, if required, and assist in educational activities suitable for your child's age.
The nanny can also nurture your child's social skills and general development. They will arrange playdates and drive your child to them if required. A mixture of fun physical activities and developmental outings can also be arranged, such as visits to a nature park, cinema, swimming pool, or local children's museum or bookshop.
Crucially, the nanny will keep you informed of your child's developmental progress and their engagement with educational activities.
Just call us to arrange an informal chat about the possibilities and options, and what kind of nanny might be suitable for your family. There'll be no pressure, and if you do decide to proceed, you'll be kept fully informed throughout the process. When your nanny is engaged, you won't have to worry about paperwork and formalities either - we'll handle all of those too.
