Family seeks live in nanny

A live in nanny is required by a family in Oxfordshire to keep their children safe, well cared for and educationally engaged. The nanny will take charge of their toddler and school aged child and will be responsible for all the duties related to them. A new addition to their household is expected in mid December; hence, a newborn experience would also be essential.

This Oxfordshire nanny position requires a proactive and fun candidate who can drive both manual and automatic vehicles. A pet friendly candidate with a valid first aid qualification who can start by the beginning of September would be perfect for this role.

Working hours: Five days a week from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm with flexibility

Accommodation: Double en-suite

Duties include:

• cooking healthy meals for the children,
• following morning and afternoon routines,
• changing nappies and helping with potty/toilet training,
• helping the older child with homework,
• teaching general life skills, such as basic hygiene and manners,
• creating activities and playdates,
• preparing and administering healthy food for the children,
• preparing and assisting with bath time and bedtime,
• cleaning and washing up after children’s meals,
• washing and ironing children’s clothes,
• and reporting every activity and issue to the parents.
