Nanny to help during Tuesdays and Thursdays

A lovely family in Haringey is in need of a part time nanny to take care of their three children during Tuesdays and Thursdays. The family has two toddlers and a nursery aged child, but the nanny's main focus would be on the middle one.

The Haringey based household is looking for someone energetic who can entertain the little one with age appropriate activities. Moreover, the nanny should also be happy to take charge of meal preparations and light housekeeping tasks related to the children. Someone with experience looking after a baby would be very much appreciated, as the Haringey family might need occasional help for the youngest. A Greek speaker would be ideal, and a valid first aid qualification is a must for this role.

Working hours: Tuesday and Thursday from 9 am to 6 pm (can offer 4 more hours for the right candidate)

Duties include:

• cooking healthy meals for the children,
• following morning and afternoon routines,
• changing nappies and helping with potty/toilet training,
• helping the older child with homework,
• teaching general life skills, such as basic hygiene and manners,
• creating activities and playdates,
• preparing and administering healthy food for the children,
• preparing and assisting with bath time and bedtime,
• cleaning and washing up after children’s meals,
• washing and ironing children’s clothes,
• and reporting every activity and issue to the parents.
