After school Nanny in Islington

An after school nanny is needed by a family in Islington to help them look after their school aged child. A valid first aid qualification is needed for this role.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 1 pm to 5 or 5:30 pm

Duties include:

• collecting the child from school
• helping with homework
• preparing meals and snacks
• arranging playdates
• helping with homework
• playing age-appropriate games together
• reading stories to the child
• tidying away their toys after use – child to help
• helping with the evening routine, eg help child organise bags for the next day
• light laundry of child’s clothes
• occasional grocery shopping

The family is looking for someone to start in the 3rd week of August for a 2 week handover (from 10 am to 3 pm), and officially start on September.
