Nanny-Housekeeper, Part-time

An experienced Nanny-Housekeeper is needed by a busy household in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey to help them supervise their two adorable school-aged children in a part-time job. They seek a candidate who is organised and hardworking and who takes initiative in all general housekeeping duties and cooking healthy meals for the whole family. A confident driver is required for this job and the family can provide an automatic car for the right candidate. The family has a cat so someone comfortable around animals would be essential.

A valid first aid qualification is an absolute requirement.

Working hours: Term time (37 weeks): Monday to Thursday, from 3 pm to 7 pm; School holidays (10 weeks): Monday to Thursday, from 8 am to 7 pm, around 19.85 hours

Duties include:

• responsible for the safety, well-being, care and development of the children
• providing healthy meals and snacks for the children
• organising and participating in activities with the children
• washing and bathing the children
• school runs
• cooking and preparing meals for the family
• sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors
• dusting and polishing the furniture and fittings
• cleaning washbasins, bathtubs and showers
• deep cleaning the kitchen
• washing clothes
• unloading the laundry and organising clothes
• ironing
• making up the beds and changing the linens
• washing the dishes and loading/unloading the dishwasher
• cleaning the windows and mirrors

This Walton-on-Thames, Surrey is looking for someone who can start in September but is willing to wait for the candidate.
