Nanny-Housekeeper, Part-time

This New Eltham-based family is hiring a Nanny-housekeeper to provide childcare assistance to their baby and toddler as well as maintain the cleanliness of their home in a part-time role. The role is predominantly housekeeping as the grandparents are around and will be mainly responsible for the childcare duties, however, occasional childcare will be required. It would be a bonus if the nanny housekeeper had experience cooking Indian meals. A qualified candidate must have a valid first aid qualification.

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm or 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, 20 hours per week

Duties include:

• ironing
• laundry
• caring for important items
• hoovering
• mopping floors
• cleaning windows, cupboards, surface tops, kitchens
• bedrooms and bathrooms
• wardrobe management and organisation
• helping with learning
• washing and dressing the children
• playing with them
• changing nappies
• sterilising and cleaning milk bottles
• taking them to activities
• making sure the children are always safe and happy

A qualified candidate must be willing to start and join this New Eltham household as soon as possible.
