Live In International Nanny

A family currently residing in Luxembourg is seeking a full time live in international nanny to take proper care of their toddler and their two school aged children in a permanent position. The nanny will be responsible for all general nursery duties and light housekeeping related to the children. The role requires a warm and kind hearted nanny who genuinely loves children, someone who can assist the mum diligently. It is ideal if the nanny knows how to cook and prepare healthy Mediterranean recipes.

Someone who can drive is essential to assist the children with school runs and a valid first aid qualification is a must.

Working hours: 6 days per week, approximately 50 hours

Accommodation: independent studio (next to the house) bedroom, shower room, fully fitted kitchen

Duties include:

• changing nappies and helping with potty/toilet training
• teaching general life skills, such as basic hygiene and manners
• creating activities and playdates
• preparing and administering healthy food for the little children
• preparing and assisting with bath time and bedtime
• cleaning and washing up after children’s meals
• reporting every activity and issue to the parents
• organising the children’s clothes
• doing laundry and ironing the children’s clothes
• making sure the children’s room is always clean
• doing occasional grocery shopping of the children’s supplies

The family would like a nanny who speaks a native level of English but fluency in French and/or Italian language will be a huge bonus. They would like the nanny to start as soon as possible.
