German-speaking Full Time Nanny

A German-speaking Full-Time Live-in Nanny is needed by a family in Islington to look after their lovely toddler. The family is expecting a baby so someone who has experience caring for a newborn would be ideal. The working hours for this job would be Monday to Friday, full time with flexibility. The family is also open for live-out candidates.

The Nanny will be responsible for

• implementing daily routines
• assisting with feeding, diapering
• preparing bottles, cleaning up
• taking the toddler to nursery classes
• sterilising milk bottles and feeding the baby milk
• helping with potty training
• playing age-appropriate games
• taking them for walks to the park
• resettling the baby after feeding
• doing arts and crafts together
• supporting all aspects of their development
• cooking meals for the toddler
• ensuring they are washed, in their pyjamas and ready for bed

The Nanny will need to do some light childcare housekeeping duties such as

• laundry,
• ironing,
• cleaning up after the meals,
• and ensuring the house is kept tidy.

The family are wanting a candidate who will become part of the family and be with them long term and grow with the children. Someone who speaks German would be ideal for the role. A valid first aid qualification is needed for this position. The family would like someone to start in March.
