Temporary Maternity Nurse

A lovely family from Fulham, London is looking for a temporary maternity nurse to support the parents and their little baby in a full time and sole charged basis. The maternity nurse must be qualified and ideally have had experience with newborns with special cases. The role involves establishing a sleeping routine and all general nursery duties.

This is a temporary role, originally for 4 weeks, but might be prolonged. A valid first aid qualification is a must.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8 pm to 8 am

Duties include:

• tending the baby at night
• establishing a sleeping routine of the child
• ensuring the safety and comfort of the child at all times
• feeding the child including bottle feeding
• preparing milk and healthy meals and snacks
• washing and dressing the child
• changing nappies
• tidying up after the child and ensuring the child’s room is always clean and tidy
• putting the child down for naps

The family would like the maternity nurse to start on the third week of March.
