Part Time Nanny in Lambeth

A dedicated and dependable nanny candidate who is interested in exploring the path of nursing or being a health care assistant is needed by a family in Lambeth to take attentive care of their bubbly and energetic toddler. The little one requires round the clock care and a lot of extra equipment; hence, someone with a genuine passion for children is required. Further training would be necessary for the nanny to be competent with maintaining the tracheostomy and PEG feeding. The parents would be happy to do the training and/or get the community or hospital to fund it. A valid first aid qualification is essential for this role.

The family loves going to the beautiful seaside town of Aldeburgh, Suffolk, and they would appreciate it if the nanny will accompany them. A pet friendly candidate who would be comfortable with their cocker spaniel is needed.

Working hours: Two full days (flexible with days) and ideally one or two overnight

Duties include:

• organising the child’s daily schedule
• changing nappies
• washing and dressing the child
• taking track of the child’s development and updating the parents
• making sure the child is always safe and happy and helping the child with the bedtime routine
• organising the child’s clothes
• doing laundry and ironing the child’s clothes
• making sure the child’s room is always clean
• doing occasional grocery shopping of the child’s supplies

The family is looking for someone to start immediately.
