After school Nanny for two children

A family based in the London Borough of Croydon is in need of an after school nanny to provide academic and childcare support to their toddler and nursery aged child. The afterschool nanny will be responsible for homework assistance, snack preparations and cooking healthy dinner for the children on a daily basis. Furthermore, the candidate will also be expected to pick the children up from school and take them to different extracurricular activities afterwards.

The Croydon residents would love someone who can engage the children in various fun and educational plays that will help develop their curiosity. A valid first aid qualification is necessary.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm

Duties include:

• preparing healthy meals and snacks
• washing and dressing the children
• helping with homework
• doing after school activities with the children
• preparing recreational activities that will boost the children’s physical and mental development
• maintaining a clean and tidy environment for the children
• doing arts and crafts
• taking the children to parks and playgrounds
• preparing them for bed and reading them stories

The candidate must be available to start by January.
