An After-school Nanny is needed by this wonderful family in East Dulwich, London to help them in looking after their school-aged child. An ideal candidate will be someone warm, reliable, and patient, with experience in tutoring or working as a teaching assistant, as homework support will be a key part of the role. The role includes all typical childcare duties and they need someone responsible and hardworking for this role. The nanny will also be assisting the family in preparing simple meals for dinner.

A valid first aid qualification is a requirement to this position.

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 3:20 pm to 6:20 pm, approximately 15 hours per week

Duties include:

• Collecting the child from school
• Assisting with homework and school-related tasks
• Preparing meals and snacks for the child
• Arranging and supervising playdates
• Engaging in age-appropriate games and activities
• Reading stories to the child
• Encouraging the child to tidy away toys after use
• Supporting the evening routine, such as helping the child organise their bag for the next day
• Carrying out light laundry duties for the child’s clothing
• Occasional grocery shopping as required

They are looking for someone who can start on the 1st of September 2025 and they are happy to meet lovely candidates.
