After-school Nanny, 30 hours per week, £17 to £19 gross per week

An After-school Nanny is required by a wonderful family based in London to provide childcare assistance to their charming school-aged child for 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to constant care and supervision. All childcare duties will be expected in this position. A qualified after-school nanny will get paid a salary of £17 to £19 gross per week. Someone who has a valid first aid qualification is needed for this job.

Working hours: Monday to Friday | 7:00 am - 8:45 am

Monday and Thursday 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm, Tuesday and Friday 3:15 to 7:00 pm, Wednesday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm

Duties include:

• collecting the child from school
• helping with homework
• preparing meals and snacks
• arranging playdates
• helping with homework
• playing age-appropriate games together
• reading stories to the child
• tidying away their toys after use – child to help
• helping with the evening routine, eg help a child organise bags for the next day
• light laundry of child’s clothes
• occasional grocery shopping

The London family is looking for someone available in January.
