After-school Nanny for 1 child, Job ID J1CEAE

An After-school Nanny is needed by a family based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire to help them look after their school-aged child. The nanny will be calm and patient but have the energy to keep up with the children and take charge of light housekeeping tasks related to them. The nanny will also be expected to cook and prepare simple meals for the children. A driver who holds a full driving license would be a bonus but is not a must. Big preference for French speakers however they can consider English-speaking candidates.

A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.

Working hours: 4 days between Monday to Friday from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, approximately 15 hours per week

Duties include:

• collecting the child from school
• helping with homework
• preparing meals and snacks
• arranging playdates
• helping with homework
• playing age-appropriate games together
• reading stories to the child
• tidying away their toys after use – child to help
• helping with the evening routine, eg help child organise bags for the next day
• light laundry of child’s clothes
• occasional grocery shopping

They are looking for someone to hire in August 2025 and they are happy to meet lovely candidates.
