After-school Nanny for 30 hours per week

A delightful household located in Fitzrovia requires an after-school nanny to oversee their lovely school-aged child for 30 hours per week. They are willing to offer a salary ranging from £17 to £20 gross per hour for a qualified candidate capable of managing all nanny responsibilities. Specifically, they require an energetic and dependable after-school nanny to aid their child with homework and arrange suitable activities. Meal preparation of nutritious dishes for the child is also expected. Fluency in Mandarin is highly advantageous for this position. A valid first aid qualification is a requirement.

Working hours: Monday to Friday | 7:00 am to 8:30 / 9:00 am. 3:30 pm for school pick up (Monday and Friday) - other days from 4:30 pm until 7:30 pm + babysitting once or twice per month.

Duties include:

• meal preparation,
• help with homework,
• help the child with learning,
• playing age appropriate games together
• reading stories to the child
• tidying away child's toys after use
• helping with the evening routine, eg help the child organise bags for the next day
• light laundry of child’s clothes
• occasional grocery shopping
