A lovely family based in East Dulwich, London, is seeking an after-school Nanny to care for their school-aged child. The role involves all general nanny duties. They are looking for someone warm, reliable, and patient, with experience in tutoring or working as a teaching assistant, as homework support will be a key part of the role. A valid paediatric first aid qualification is essential for this position.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 3:20 pm to 6:20 pm (15hrs per week)

Duties include:

• Collecting the child from school
• Assisting with homework and school-related tasks
• Preparing meals and snacks for the child
• Arranging and supervising playdates
• Engaging in age-appropriate games and activities
• Reading stories to the child
• Encouraging the child to tidy away toys after use
• Supporting the evening routine, such as helping the child organise their bag for the next day
• Carrying out light laundry duties for the child’s clothing
• Occasional grocery shopping as required
