A warm and welcoming family based in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, is seeking a part-time after-school Nanny to care primarily for their older child. The younger child will be dropped off and picked up by the parents, who finish work around 6:30 pm. Preparing healthy meals for the child is required. A driver is essential (automatic only), and a car can be provided. A valid paediatric first aid qualification is required for this position.

Working hours: Monday to Thurs 3:30 pm start - pick up 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm | Friday 12:30 pm or 2:30/3:00 pm to 5:30 pm |

Duties include:

• Collecting the child from school
• helping with homework
• preparing meals and snacks
• arranging playdates
• helping with homework
• playing age-appropriate games together
• reading stories to the child
• tidying away their toys after use – child to help
• helping with the evening routine, eg help child organise bags for the next day
• light laundry of the child’s clothes
• occasional grocery shopping
