After-school Nanny for busy family

A family in the Bell Green area seeks an After-school Nanny to help them care for two school-aged children. The responsibilities include preparing dinner, supervising homework, and assisting with bath and bedtime routines. The family frequently attends evening events, so they would need evening cover at least once a week. Additionally the child has autism and attends an occupational therapy session once a week at the clinic, which the nanny may be required to support. A driver who holds a full driving license would be a bonus but is not a must.

The After-school Nanny must have a valid first aid qualification.

Working hours: Monday to Friday for around 20 to 25 hours per week on a flexible schedule

Duties include:

• preparing healthy meals and snacks
• washing and dressing the children
• helping with homework
• doing after school activities with the children
• preparing recreational activities that will boost the children’s physical and mental development
• maintaining a clean and tidy environment for the children
• doing arts and crafts
• taking the children to parks and playgrounds
• preparing them for bed and reading them stories

They are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
