An After-school Nanny is needed by this wonderful family in Nunhead, London to provide proper care for their toddler and baby due in a week but will predominantly care for their school-aged child. They seek someone flexible and reliable who takes initiative with all childcare duties. The role involves collecting her from home and taking her two stops by train to Catford for school drop-offs and pick-ups (the family will cover train fare expenses). The nanny will also be expected to cook and prepare healthy meals for their child.

A valid first aid qualification is essential for this position.

Working hours: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:00 am to 9:00 am and 3:30 pm to 6/7:00 pm (Split shift), 15 hours per week

Duties include:

• preparing healthy meals and snacks
• washing and dressing the children
• helping with homework
• doing after school activities with the children
• preparing recreational activities that will boost the children’s physical and mental development
• maintaining a clean and tidy environment for the children
• doing arts and crafts
• taking the children to parks and playgrounds
• preparing them for bed and reading them stories

The family are looking for someone who can start immediately.
