This lovely family based in Streatham, London, is seeking an After-school Nanny to care for their baby, with the main focus on their school-aged child. The role includes all general nanny duties, such as preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children. A valid paediatric first aid qualification is essential for this position.

Working hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, 4:00 to 7:00 pm, Tuesday 3:00 to 6:00 pm ( school term hours ) (potentially more hours during school holidays, 20 hours per week| Occasionally babysitting required

Duties include:

• Picking the children up from school and accompanying them to after-school activities, playdates, or appointments
• Bathing the children and ensuring proper hygiene routines are followed
• Ensuring the children’s safety, well-being, and overall development
• Engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park
• Supporting a calm and structured evening routine, including putting the children to bed
• Encouraging early literacy by reading books with the children
• Assisting with homework and supporting their educational progress
• Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to promote structure and emotional security
• Keeping the children’s bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
• Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks appropriate to the children’s needs
