After school Nanny in Hackney

A Hackney, London based family is looking for a proactive, energetic, sporty and confident after school nanny to provide premium care to their lovely school aged children in a sole care position. The role entails doing all the nursery duties, school pickups, dinner preparation and babysitting once a week. It would be a huge bonus if the candidate could do some mornings, but this is not a must. Some full days and longer working hours will be expected during the school holidays.

A valid first aid qualification is essential for this position.

Working hours: 15 hours per week (offers longer hours during school holidays)

Duties include:

• preparing healthy meals and snacks
• washing and dressing the children
• helping with homework
• doing after school activities with the children
• preparing recreational activities that will boost the children’s physical and mental development
• maintaining a clean and tidy environment for the children
• doing arts and crafts
• taking the children to parks and playgrounds
• preparing them for bed and reading them stories

The after school nanny must be available as soon as possible.
