After school Nanny in Hertfordshire

A proactive, funny, and reliable after school nanny is needed by a family in the Hertfordshire area to provide childcare and educational assistance to their very active school aged child. Someone who can drive is perfect for the position as the nanny will be in charge of the school runs and in accompanying the child to different club activities. A valid first aid qualification is essential for this role.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 3 pm to 6 ppm

Duties include:

• meal preparation,
• help with homework,
• help the child with learning,
• playing age appropriate games together
• reading stories to the child
• tidying away child's toys after use
• helping with the evening routine, eg help the child organise bags for the next day
• light laundry of child’s clothes
• occasional grocery shopping

The family has a small dog at home hence, the nanny must be someone pet friendly. They are keen to hire as soon as possible.
