After-school Nanny in RH4, Job ID J1D52ER

This lovely family based in Dorking, Surrey, is seeking an After-school Nanny to care for their two school-aged children. All general nanny duties are required for this role. Both parents work full-time, with some days spent in London, and their daughter will be starting a new school in September. The responsibilities include school pick-ups, assisting with homework, managing evening and bedtime routines, and carrying out light housekeeping tasks. The nanny will also be responsible for preparing dinner, keeping in mind that the son has a mild nut allergy. A driver with their own car is essential, as the school is located approximately 20 to 25 minutes away. A valid first-aid qualification is required for this position.

Working hours: Monday to Wednesday, 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm - potentially more hours on days the parents are working in London

Duties include:

• preparing healthy meals and snacks
• washing and dressing the children
• helping with homework
• doing after school activities with the children
• preparing recreational activities that will boost the children’s physical and mental development
• maintaining a clean and tidy environment for the children
• doing arts and crafts
• taking the children to parks and playgrounds
• preparing them for bed and reading them stories
