After-school Nanny in W8, Job ID J1EB48

A warm, international family based in Kensington, London, is seeking an After-school Nanny to care for their toddler and help foster her English language development. While the child attends a French-speaking school and the family speaks Spanish at home, the ideal candidate must possess an excellent level of English to actively engage and reinforce the language. The role requires someone who can match the child's energy and is available to start as soon as possible, although they are willing to be flexible for the perfect long-term fit. A valid first-aid qualification is needed for this position.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 3:30 to 6:30 (Wednesdays from 12 pm)

Duties include:

• preparing healthy meals and snacks
• washing and dressing the child
• doing after-school activities with the child
• preparing recreational activities that will boost the child’s physical and mental development
• maintaining a clean and tidy environment for the child
• doing arts and crafts
• taking the child to parks and playgrounds
• preparing for bed and reading stories
