A family in Chiswick, London is seeking a caring and proactive after-school nanny to help look after their school-aged child. They are looking for someone flexible, dependable, and confident in supporting their child’s development by reading books, assisting with early literacy, and preparing simple, healthy meals. The ideal candidate will be warm, organised, and able to create a nurturing after-school environment.

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, approximately 15 hours per week

Duties include:

• Picking the child up from school and transporting him to and from after-school activities, playdates, or appointments
• Bathing and maintaining proper hygiene for the child
• Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the child
• Engaging the child in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park
• Putting child to bed
• Encouraging early literacy by reading books to the child
• Providing homework assistance and supporting the child’s educational growth
• Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support the child structure and development
• Tidying up, cleaning, and keeping the children's area organised
• Preparing healthy and age-appropriate meals and snacks

A valid first aid qualification is essential for this role. The family would like the nanny to start on the 1st of September 2025 and is excited to meet kind, dedicated candidates.
