A wonderful family based in Putney is looking for an After-school Nanny to care for their two school-aged children. They are seeking an experienced, caring, and easygoing individual with a basic understanding of child development. The role includes all general childcare duties, along with preparing and cooking healthy meals for the family.

A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, approximately 20 hours per week

Duties include:

• Collecting the children from school and accompanying them to and from after-school activities, playdates, or appointments
• Assisting with bath time and maintaining proper hygiene for the children
• Ensuring the children's safety, well-being, and holistic development
• Engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park
• Putting the children to bed and supporting evening routines
• Encouraging early literacy by reading books to the children
• Providing homework support and fostering their academic progress
• Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to promote structure and positive habits
• Keeping children's bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
• Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks suited to the children’s needs
