A lovely family based in Dulwich, London, is seeking an After-school Nanny to care for their two school-aged children on a permanent basis. The role includes all general nanny duties, such as school pick-ups, helping with homework, and engaging the children in fun and educational activities. Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children’s needs will also be required. A valid first-aid qualification is essential for this position.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday, from 3:30 pm or 4:00 pm/7:30 pm

Duties include:

• Collecting the children from school and accompanying them to and from after-school activities, playdates, and appointments
• Overseeing bath time and maintaining good hygiene practices
• Ensuring the children’s safety, well-being, and developmental progress
• Engaging the children in stimulating play, educational games, and outdoor activities such as park visits
• Promoting early literacy through regular reading and storytelling
• Assisting with homework and supporting the children’s academic growth
• Establishing and following consistent routines to encourage structure and development
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the children’s bedrooms and play areas
• Preparing and serving balanced, nutritious meals and snacks suited to the children’s dietary needs
