After-school Nanny needed to help a lovely family

This wonderful family in Clapham, London, is looking for an after-school nanny to help care for their two school-aged children and take initiative with all general nanny duties. The ideal candidate will be proactive, outgoing, reliable, and able to build a good rapport with the children. Responsibilities include picking the children up from school, assisting with school work, and taking them to after-school activities.

Someone who speaks German would be advantageous however they can consider English-speaking candidates. A valid first aid qualification is required.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm, 20 hours per week plus babysitting

Duties include:

• picking up children from nursery/school and taking them home,
• organising fun and stimulating age-appropriate activities,
• arranging playdates,
• preparing snacks and dinner for the children,
• making sure the children are always happy and safe,
• helping with bath and bedtime routine,
• help with laundry and tidying up after the children.

They are looking for someone who can start in August 2024 but are happy to meet lovely candidates.
