Afternoon Nanny in NW8, Job ID J1DD2B

An after-school nanny is needed by a family based in NW8 to provide care for their school-aged child. The ideal candidate will have strong tutoring experience, particularly in Key Stage 2/Primary Level Maths, and be able to make learning engaging and enjoyable. A driver with their own car is essential for school pick-ups and transporting the child to after-school activities. Candidates should have more than 2 years of childcare experience. A valid first-aid qualification is a must.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday afternoons (exact timings to be confirmed)

Duties include:

• Providing strong educational support with a focus on maths
• Supervising and assisting with homework, explaining key concepts clearly and patiently
• School pick-up and driving to activities
• Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines
• Ensuring the child’s safety, well-being, and development
• Keeping the child’s areas tidy and organised
• Assisting with light household tasks related to the child

They are seeking someone who can start on Monday, 5 January 2026.
