Afternoon Nanny in W6, Job ID

This busy family based in Hammersmith, London, is seeking an experienced Part-time Nanny to care for their child, with a new baby due in June 2026. The family is looking for someone warm, organised, and proactive, with a minimum of five years’ childcare experience. Flexibility is essential, particularly during school holidays when increased hours will be required. Experience with newborns would be highly valued. A valid first-aid qualification is a must.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 11:30 am – 6:00 pm, Friday: shorter day (4 hours)

Duties include:

• Picking the child up from nursery
• Managing the child’s schedule and transporting them to after-nursery activities and playdates
• Engaging the child in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as park visits
• Supporting early learning and development through age-appropriate activities
• Keeping the child’s bedroom and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
• Child-related laundry, washing, and organisation
• Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks, including batch cooking
• Providing attentive, nurturing care and maintaining consistent routines
