A wonderful family in the Wandsworth Town area is seeking an Afternoon Nanny to care for their bright and sociable school-aged child. They need a "homework hero" who can keep things fun while encouraging good habits and academic confidence. Ideally, the nanny should be local. The ideal candidate is dependable, punctual, proactive, speaks and writes fluent English, and is confident in supervising homework and cooking. The role includes school pickup, homework supervision, and preparing healthy, home-cooked dinners and snacks.

A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.

Working hours: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM | School Holidays: Up to full-time hours (with flexibility for family holidays and occasional holiday camps)

Duties include:

• Collecting the child from school
• Preparing simple, healthy meals for the child
• Assisting with washing and dressing the child
• Supervising homework and promoting a love of learning
• Organising and participating in after-school activities with the child
• Planning recreational activities to support the child’s physical and mental development
• Helping maintain a structured yet enjoyable after-school routine
• Keeping the child's environment clean and tidy
• Engaging the child in activities such as arts, crafts, and board games
• Taking the child to parks and playgrounds
