Afternoon Nanny, Job ID J1EB47

This lovely family based in Twickenham, London, is seeking an After-school Nanny to care for their two school-aged children. Fluency in English is essential, and the ability to speak Russian would be a bonus. The ideal candidate will be warm, patient, and proactive, with the ability to balance energy and calm to create a positive and organised after-school environment. All general nanny duties are required in this role, including preparing healthy and nutritious meals and snacks that are allergy-safe for the children (the younger child is allergic to sesame, eggs, and nuts). A valid first-aid qualification is essential for this position.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 3:30 pm to 7:00 pm or 7:30 pm. Thursdays until 9:00 p.m.

Duties include:

• preparing healthy meals and snacks
• washing and dressing the children
• helping with homework
• doing after school activities with the children
• preparing recreational activities that will boost the children’s physical and mental development
• maintaining a clean and tidy environment for the children
• doing arts and crafts
• taking the children to parks and playgrounds
• preparing them for bed and reading them stories
