Afterschool Nanny for 4 school-aged children, ID J23364

A warm, energetic, and highly organised Part-time Live-in or Live-out Afterschool Nanny/Nanny-Housekeepe is needed by a family based in Eastbourne, Sussex, to care for their four school-aged children.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of childcare experience and be confident managing morning and after-school routines, nursery and school pick-ups, and the children's daily activities. Responsibilities will also include preparing healthy, nutritious, and allergy-conscious meals, light housekeeping, and child-related laundry.

Strict non-smokers and non-vapers are required due to the children's sensitivities. A driver with their own car is essential.

A valid first aid qualification is a must for this role.

Working hours: Monday afternoon, Tuesday to Friday, Saturday morning 8 am to 10 am and 3 pm to 8 pm (With flexibility required)

Accommodation: Fully furnished, lockable double bedroom with an adjacent private bathroom.

Duties include:

• providing attentive care and ensuring the children's safety and well-being
• supporting the children's development and daily routines
• preparing healthy meals and snacks
• organising and participating in age-appropriate activities
• engaging the children in educational play and outdoor activities
• washing and bathing the children
• carrying out school and nursery runs when required
• helping with homework
• keeping the children's bedroom and play areas clean and tidy
• assisting with general child-related duties
• potentially supporting with nursery drop-offs and pick-ups

The family is looking for someone to start on 16 November 2026.
