A lovely family based in Chiswick, London, is seeking an After-school Nanny to care for their two school-aged children. The ideal candidate will be calm and patient, yet energetic enough to engage with the children while managing light housekeeping tasks related to them. Responsibilities will also include preparing and cooking meals for the children. The role operates on a split-shift rota, so the candidate should be comfortable with this arrangement. They are looking for someone local who does not rely on public transport.

A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.

Working hours: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 6:15 am to 8:45 am then 2:45 pm to 8:00 pm, approximately 28.5 hours per week. School holidays will be Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 6:15 am to 8:00 pm

Duties include:

• School drop-offs and pick-ups
• Take the children to after school clubs
• Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children
• Maintain proper hygiene where needed
• Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children
• Engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park
• Encouraging early literacy by reading books to the children
• Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support the children's structure and development
• Keeping children's bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
• Children's ironing
• Cook and prepare meals for the children when needed
