Overview:

As the Au Pair Coordinator for Little Ones, you will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process for Au Pairs, from registering new clients to managing candidates. Your goal will be attracting talented candidates and closing placements with our clients. Your success will enable us to support hundreds of parents each year.

Requirements:

We are looking for the following skills:

• Dynamic, competitive, resourceful, resilient, enthusiastic and career-focused individual
• Must be confident in your verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well within a team, as well as taking own initiative and responsibility for achieving targets
• Must be comfortable using basic office equipment

Responsibilities:

As Little Ones’ Au Pair Coordinator, you will be working in a goal-driven environment, where you will be supported along the way to meet the company’s targets. You will be responsible for:

• Sourcing potential candidates, outlining what it’s like to work as an Au Pair in the UK, and registering them on our database
• Reaching out to potential clients looking to hire Au Pairs, setting out the expectations, explaining the hiring process, and registering them with our agency
• Delivering a seamless recruitment experience for all clients and candidates
• Keeping in close contact with clients and candidates
• Work directly with private individuals - no cold calls
