A lovely family based in Crawley, West Sussex, is seeking an experienced Au pair to care for their three children, aged 15 months, 2.5 years, and 4.5 years old.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of childcare experience and will speak fluent English. The family is looking for someone warm, reliable, and emotionally invested in the children's well-being and development. The successful candidate should enjoy planning engaging educational activities, including maths-based learning, and be confident supporting young children's daily routines. Experience supporting children with additional needs would be beneficial, as the eldest child has spinal muscular atrophy. A driver would be a bonus but is not essential.
The nanny will work alongside the children's father, who works from home, to help maintain consistent daily routines. The role includes all childcare duties, preparing meals, organising activities, and carrying out light housekeeping related to the children.
A valid first aid certification is required for this role.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 8:00 am and 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, for a total of 25 hours per week.
