Au Pair needed in DA11, Job ID J1919D

An Au Pair is needed by a family in Northfleet, Gravesend to provide proper care for their baby and charming toddler. They are looking for someone creative, joyful, and loving who takes initiative with all childcare duties. The role will mainly focused with the youngest child as the oldest goes to nursery. An au pair will also be expected to cook and prepare meals for the family. A driver who holds a full driving license would be a bonus but is not a must.

A valid first aid qualification is essential for this position.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, approximately 36 hours per week

Accommodation: Double bedroom en-suite and parking

Duties include:

• preparing milk
• organising the children’s daily schedule
• changing nappies
• cleaning and sterilising bottles
• setting up nap routine
• washing and dressing them
• playing with them
• helping the toddler with potty/toilet training
• teaching general life skills, such as basic hygiene and manners
• creating activities and playdates
• school runs
• preparing and administering healthy food for the toddler
• laundry and ironing after the children
• cleaning up after the meals
• maintaining the children's room and play areas tidy at all times

The family seek someone who can start by the end of October 2024 and are happy to meet lovely candidates.
