Au-pair needed in NW2, Job ID J21D8D

An engaging family is seeking a highly proactive au-pair to care for two children on a Monday to Friday split shift. The ideal candidate must be a real self-starter who takes the initiative to plan ahead, designing fun, educational activities and finding creative ways to keep the children inspired without needing direction. Responsibilities include managing the morning routine, supervising homework, overseeing all care-related needs, and confidently handling the short 5-minute school run—which is sometimes done by bicycle. A Greek and/or French speaker would be ideal. A valid first-aid qualification is needed for this position.

Working hours: Monday to Friday; 7:15 am until 8:45 am and 3:15 pm until 7:45 pm

Accommodation: Double bedroom, shared bathroom with children.

Duties include:

• Assisting with nappy changes and preparing bottles for infants
• Bathing and maintaining proper hygiene for the children
• Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children
• Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children
• Keeping children's bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
• Engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park
• Encouraging early literacy by reading books to the children
