Chelsea, London Nanny-Housekeeper to start ASAP, live-in, Job ID J1B33F

A Live in Nanny-Housekeeper is needed by this wonderful family in Chelsea, London to assist them in looking after their toddler and school-aged child while maintaining the cleanliness of their property. They are looking for someone reliable, proactive, and confident in handling all general childcare and housekeeping duties. The role includes preparing and cooking meals for the children. It would be a bonus if the nanny-housekeeper is flexible to join them for 3 to 4 weeks per year when they travel.

Big preference for Tagalog speakers however they can consider English-speaking candidates. A valid first-aid qualification is a requirement for this position.

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, the ideal candidate would be able to work on Saturday in addition.

Accommodation: Separate single bedroom secluded at the end of the house

Duties include:

• Bathing and maintaining proper hygiene for the children
• Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children
• Keeping children's bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
• Engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park
• Encouraging early literacy by reading books to the children
• Providing homework assistance and supporting the children’s educational growth
• Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children
• Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support the children's structure and development
• Ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of a private residence
• Performing routine floor care, including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
• Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
• Cleaning and sanitising bathroom facilities, including sinks, bathtubs, and showers
• Cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen area
• Washing, drying, and organising clothing and linens
• Managing laundry tasks, including ironing and folding
• Making beds and replacing linens as needed
• Cleaning and organising dish ware, including loading and unloading the dishwasher
